Evolve & Adapt was formed in January 2017 by a small group of friends with a background in education, social care, community sport and the youth justice system. Through engaging with thousands of young people across some of London’s most deprived boroughs, including those in which we live, it was apparent there was a clear need for more effective early intervention and support for our young people so that they had every opportunity to be the best they can be.
Since its formation, our Evolve & Adapt team has grown to include individuals from a range of backgrounds with varied life experiences and areas of expertise, such as; mentors, behaviour consultants, sports coaches, sports agents, motivational speakers, teachers, youth offending workers, counsellors, social workers and life coaches. Our multicultural team of staff are able to relate and foster strong trusting relationships with the young people they work with.
In a world with endless opportunities it seems the aspirations of many of our young people are at an all-time low. Our fundamental belief is that every young person should be entitled to the same life opportunities allowing them to grow and develop on a level platform. Our organisation is therefore passionate and determined to ensure that every young person has the support, guidance and opportunity to flourish and achieve their fullest potential.
